Job Details:

Experience:
- At least 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in large IT organizations.
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a solution architect, technical architect or senior technical analyst.
- As a SA you must demonstrate experience with translating complex problems into workable solutions.
- On big and complex projects involving many stakeholders
- On strategic projects contributing which contributed significantly to the company revenue
- On projects involving integrations with 3rd parties
- Experience in the digital domain and marketing is a nice to have but not a strong requirement
Knowledge
- Good communicator and planner
- Good language skills both verbally and written
- Good coaching skills: The SA needs to be able to coach small and large teams of developers, testers and analysts in order to drive the implementation of the solution in the right direction.
