High level synopsis:
Play a key role in designing and delivering a loyalty rewards programme for a major retail organisation in Ireland.
Job Description:
Design and implement a retail loyalty and rewards programme. Work closely with the Sales and Marketing function, 3rd party EPOS provider and internal technology teams to deliver the programme within a defined time frame.
Key Deliverables:
- Take the lead in designing and implementing the retail loyalty and rewards programme
- Map the end to end customer journey within the loyalty programme including exceptions to the process.
- Work through all executional details to ensure a timely and successful programme launch.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver the programme.
- Develop user experience analytics and business performance metrics associated with the programme.
- Work with chosen vendor(s) to ensure program mechanics are best-in-class (ie, mobile app integration, portal user interface, etc.).
Competencies:
- Demonstrated project leadership in cross-functional planning and execution.
- Passion for the customer experience balanced with an understanding of the underlying economics of loyalty programmes.
- Strong knowledge of the retail industry.
- Experience working on a loyalty programme from a marketing perspective (branding, acquisition, retention)
- Track record in successfully developing and deploying loyalty programme campaigns.
- Third party negotiation skills to ensure on time delivery of the programme
Minimum Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in delivering loyalty operations, loyalty marketing, strategy development and execution through multi-partner collaboration
- Strong background in Retail and project management.
- Experience of CRM technologies (eg SAP, Salesforce) and strategies
