FCC Operations Representative for Global Banking Company

Job Purpose:
This role sits within FCC Operations in Belfast, which consists of 40 staff spanning functions. This role represents a unique opportunity to support the futures business in conjunction with the other teams in Belfast and alongside global partners in operations and technology in London, APAC and NAM. The role will demand a focus on control to ensure operational risk is appropriately managed in the face of a changing regulatory environment, evolving product offering and expanding client basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivery of daily function as assigned within tight deadlines with a high degree of accuracy
* Focus on high quality data input
* Compliance with all regulatory, banking and exchange mandates, notably CASS requirements
* Support efficiency programmes, new product offerings and expansions and contribute to the wider projects space to enhance our operating model
* Meet all control, compliance and audit requirements
Qualifications, Competences & Skills:
* Strong communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills
* Operational process experience, particularly within the Futures space, would be advantageous but not essential
* Experience in contributing to change agendas, process improvements or efficiency programmes
* Focus on control, compliance and regulatory issues
* Team working with the ability to engage with colleagues across the organisation
* Strong leadership skills
* Ability to multi task
