Risk Analyst
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Risk Analyst to join a leading Financial Services company to support their retail division (secured products). This is an initial 4 month contract based in Halifax, paying up to £400/day.
The team that you will be working within are responsible for the preparation of disclosures including PRA Integrated Regulatory Reporting, COREP, Basel Pillar 3, FINREP and IFRS7.
The responsibilities of the Risk Analyst will be to incorporate new metrics into current processes and procedures for STDF/PQR disclosures, and ensure the robustness of regulatory reporting for the Secured Retail portfolios.
Essential skill set
- Solid documentation skills - must be able to document problems and solutions
- SAS Programming skills - Base SAS/SAS EG
- Procedural skills - need to be able to layout end-to-end process maps
- Analysis and clear communication of proposals
- Systems design
- Working knowledge of Regulatory Reporting
