Implementation Manager
For one of Europe's and Netherland's largest banking clients, we are currently seeking an Implementation Manager. This will be a stable 12 months' contract in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Paying excellent rates (Possible extensions).
The ideal Implementation Manager will have the following:
* Strong social and communication skills, verbal and written in English
* Customer centric behaviour
* Problem solver with strong analytical skills
* Teamplayer
* Not a nine to five attitude, running the extra mile
* Knowledge of XML schema's and standards
* Knowledge of SWIFT formats and experience with financial transactions would be a bonus
* Having an agile mind set, fast to adapt constant changes and feeling comfortable with it
* Focused on what is most important at all time, realizing when to change the game plan and when to stick to it
* Open, you say what you mean and mean what you say
Your main responsibility
* Implementation management of unmanned host-to-host banking services with international customers.
* Configuring customer services in several systems (Linux, Java application, Axway products)
* Incident analysis and customer support (2e lijn-support)
* Responsible for writing and maintaining customer documentation (implementation guidelines and specs)
* Configuring the myStandards portal for our services
* Support the product owner extending the product
