My highly respected client, a leading Financial Services provider within the Scottish market requires an experienced Business Analyst who has a strong end-to-end project experience. The candidate must have 5+ years previous experience of working within Financial Services and should have experience working within Insurance Operations. The role is within a broad programme and workstreams include User Access Management, Customer Documentation, End User Computing and Payments Processes Controls. The projects are at their initial stages therefore there is a demand for requirements gathering and process mapping, those with proven ability to work effectively within these remits will be given preference.
Essential requirements:
- Experienced Business Analyst, at least 5 years, with end-to-end project experience.
- Proven experience across all areas of the project life cycle as a Business Analyst eg.
- Requirements gathering, process mapping.
- Previous experience working within Insurance Operations
- Experience working on User Access Management is highly desirable
- Strong customer documentation skills
- Previous experience working within Financial Services, in particular, Life & Pensions.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Payment Processes controls and experience combatting fraudulent payments.
- Excellent communications skills and ability to inform management confidently and effectively
- Proven ability to operate within large-scale programmes, and deliver phases to deadlines
