Description
Financial Analyst Senior wanted for our Zurich based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting or other related fields
- 5+ years' experience in Finance, Financial Planning or Controlling, furthermore background in a pharma company is advantageous
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills along with Excel expertise
- Know-How of SAP or reporting systems (Hyperion Enterprise or HFM) are desirable
- Understanding of advanced concepts related to financial analysis and accounting
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Supporting senior management of the Central Budget Functions for Financial Planning and Analysis of Latest Best Estimates, Annual Plan and Long range Plan
- Ensuring accuracy of forecasts for international Business Unit Central functions and meeting finance deadlines according to the planning calendar
- Analysing YTD spending to Plan on a monthly basis to the international Business Unit Functions as well as controlling and monitoring of expenses and recommending actions
- Maintaining the correct booking of expenses of the Central Functions with financial planning and finance systems to ensure correct allocation and mapping of costs with high level quality of analysis
- Managing the Accruals process with all functions for ensuring the correct reflected spending
- Supporting other Global functions such as Legal, Marketing and Communications
