SAP P2P Business Solution Analyst (m/f)

Your tasks:
- Elicit and analyze user requirements related to analytical business processes
- Produce accurate functional and design specifications to allow traceability with test cases and test instructions
- Analyze and document end-to-end data selection and transformations defined to deliver the P2P KPIs analysis
- Ensure system and business requirements being met by elaborating test scripts for end-to-end data validation
- Lead analysis and process improvements to enhance business performance
- Act as subject matter expert and support train-the-trainer for usage of the KPIs and other learning activities with business and IT
- Identify, evaluate, and communicate ideas for process improvements and training needs
- Provide content knowledge on Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes to appropriate IT teams
- Collaborate with other IT teams to implement solutions that optimize operational performance of system
- Drive coordination of activities for small-to-medium changes and provide 2nd/3rd level support
Your qualifications
- Profound work experience as Business Analyst of SAP procure-to-pay (“P2P”), Purchasing, Payables, Cash Management, General Ledger
- Experience as consultant, functional expert, or in similar role highly desirable
- Know-how conducting large-scale requirements and design sessions with business process owners
- Demonstrated ability making deep and critical analysis support decisions
- Skilled in problem/incident management, ITIL/Project Management environments, Service Level Agreements and full lifecycle system support
- Self-starter mentality
- Result orientation with a track record of timely, high-quality deliverables
- Ability to work with remote and virtual teams
- IT experience in large complex organizations with development and configuration of business applications
- Excellent verbal/written communication, strong presentation and negotiation/conflict resolution skills
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
