Project Manager - Oracle HCM, ERP
My client, an international consultancy, are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Project Manager to be based in Luxembourg.
This will be an initial 6 month contract and will be running at least 2 years by the current project plans.
Required experience:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in similar assignments with oracle projects;
- Experience with Oracle ERP modules:
- Must have: Oracle HCM (Talent management and Global Human Resources),
- Should Have: Accounts payable (Payments, Payables, Tax, Cash Management, Receivables), Procure-To-Pay (purchasing, self-service procurement), Procurement Sourcing module, Travel Expenses, Budget and planning management
- Nice to have: General Ledger, financial reports, project portfolio management.
- Proven project management experience (with commonly used methodologies like PMI or PRINCE2);
- Proven change management experience;
- Proactive, autonomous and self-starter;
- Strong stakeholder management skills;
- Well-structured and organized;
- Reliable and flexible;
- Team player;
- Meeting and workshop facilitation experience;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to document clear and complete business requirements
