Your tasks:
- Manage the intra-group communication and service for complex supply chain set ups and customer - supplier relations
- Single point of contact for all order related topics between suppliers and customers across different Novartis legal entities
- Enhanced responsibility and team support for smooth transactional execution, correct system set ups, demand review, escalation as well as driving order management projects
- Act as a competent counterpart towards various functions in order to guarantee high customer service levels. Achieve operational excellence in terms of quality, cost and compliance
- Support and implement new Supply chain set-ups & improvement projects according to business need
Your qualifications
- Higher education (bachelor degree) in Supply Chain Management
- Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, at least vocational education in commercial professions complemented by additional training in business administration resp. supply chain management
- English (German is beneficial)
- Comprehensive understanding of Supply Chain processes incl. customer service and vendor management
- Extensive experience in SAP usage (advanced user knowledge)
- Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Visio
- Proven project management skills, ideally in a cross-functional project
