Scrum Master
Our client, a leading financial organisation in Amsterdam, is currently looking for a Scrum Master. As a hands-on Scrum Master, you will provide leadership and mentorship to lead a cross-functional agile team with joined activities with regional offshore teams. The team delivers against projects involving large, complex technology and business oriented solutions.
Your profile:
- Experience as a Scrum Master. Scrum Master certification desirable (PSM 1).
- Experienced in Agile/Scrum Methodology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the financial service environment is desirable
- Experienced in facilitating meetings and discussions with internal teams and stakeholders
- Proven success in delivering software solutions
- Strong advocate for the development of team priorities and challenges and negotiate timelines with the product owner
- Detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple work efforts with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to build rapports and interact effectively with all levels and areas of an organization. The ability to mentor and teach others agile concepts is very desirable
- Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education and experience
- Excellent team player and team builder
