Role: Service Delivery Manager

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Job Description:

  • Customer stakeholder management and timely communication
  • Ensure 100% SLA & KPIs adherence.
  • Active contribution to problem management and service improvements
  • Show technical leadership in major incident resolution
  • Timely and accurate operational and financial reporting to local customer
  • Keep local customer updated about new technology solutions aligned to global product release calendar
  • Identify opportunities for resource optimization and contribute to improved account margin
  • French/Dutch and English
