- Customer stakeholder management and timely communication
- Ensure 100% SLA & KPIs adherence.
- Active contribution to problem management and service improvements
- Show technical leadership in major incident resolution
- Timely and accurate operational and financial reporting to local customer
- Keep local customer updated about new technology solutions aligned to global product release calendar
- Identify opportunities for resource optimization and contribute to improved account margin
