Internal Communications & Training Manager (Security Clearance Required)
Derby
An experienced Internal Communications and Training Manager is required to develop and implement a communications and training programme for a large Windows 10 migration project.
The role responsibilities include:

Development and implementation of a Communications and Training plan, including overseeing the development of a specific set of business communications and Training Plans

Oversee the maintenance of all collateral for the end to end project communications.

Manage the implementation and creation of an e-book
-
Oversee all the development of materials for training and floorwalking requirements providing quality assurance together with managing all communications and training resources
- Induct and support the communications and training team members
- Act as the single point of contact for the communications and training team members
- Build strong relationships within the business and project teams
- Represent the communications and training workstream at stakeholder meetings and for any escalations and feedback

Attending weekly checkpoint/Go-no go meetings and associated reporting (risks, issues etc)
Key skills required:

Commercial experience across a range of communication disciplines in high profile corporate environments

Experience of delivering effective communication strategies

Managing key communications within an IT technology change programme
- Excellent verbal, written and communications skills

Interest, encourage and support the business during the change, working to ensure that the project is meeting the needs of the business

Proven ability at managing relationships and influencing senior people

Ideally have experience of working on large scale deployment projects and be familiar with project life cycle and methodologies

Management of project team resources

Quality assurance/continuous improvement
- Proven track record of managing projects using an industry recognised project management methodology eg PRINCE2/Agile
