Description
- Do you have experience as a RTE (Release Train Engineer) or a Senior Scrum Master or a Program Manager where you've made the shift towards the SAFe model?
- Have you worked in large Enterprise organisations where Change is a constant?
- Do you enjoy working cross-Matrix using your excellent soft skills including: coordination, communication and influencing skills in order to ensure successful delivery of end to end features (projects)?
- Do you have mentorting experience with Scrum Masters and Product Owners?

I'm searching for 4 new RTE's for various Trains/Tribes.
My Client is in a transition stage of adopting the Agile way of working so it's a great time to be involved.
Ideally you'll speak French and English but English on it's own is enough.
You'll have a sharp focus on risk management, achieving deliverables, managing inter-dependencies, stakeholder management, dealing with inter-scrum and inter-train blockages.
