Your tasks:
- Creation and alignment of messages in mega sites for leadership communications of creation of a pro-active communications strategy for pharma deployments
- Ensure that finance and procurement messages are aligned
- Support deployment leads on site specific change impacts analysis
- Review and propose updates for the deployment tool-kit
- Assist in stakeholder management activities with senior leaders
- Develop internal team messaging to increase motivation within project teams
- Work closely with the internal Change Management & Communication Lead to drive consistent change management and communication activities in the newly formed organization, PPP, including new Projects on-boarding to the portfolio
- Develop clear and compelling communications
- Support the development of RPC and PPP Engagement Decks
- Support across the RPC PMO on ad-hoc Change Management & Communications activities
Your qualifications
- Experience in change management, communications and/or project management, preferably in a global matrixed organization
- Strong journalistic and grammatical skills are a definite advantage
- Intranet publishing experience is a definite advantage
- Previous experience, training or certification in specific Change Management methodology (e.g. Prosci, Change First, etc.) desired
- Ability to quickly onboard and get up to speed
- Easily engage with people across all levels of the organization, quickly establishing trust and credibility
- Experience in supporting larger scale project implementations; experience with transformational projects beneficial
- Procurement project experience required
- Pharma/Life Sciences experience is also of advantage
