Sales Force Automation Project Manager - French speaking
Location: Paris, France
Duration: 9 months +
The Project purpose is to set up a new Sales Force Automation tool replacing existing French tool, enlarge new SFA scope of work (decommission existing internal/external legacies), assess interface options for master data management, open integration with collaboration tools, rationalize and optimise sales reporting/BI analytics capabilities and create long term business adoption via a trustable and user friendly SFA tool.
Geographic scope for implementation of the solution is France and the project delivery team and supplier are located across Europe.
The organizational coverage of the solution is
Internal sales teams (250 SRs + 50 Back End users)
3rd party sales teams (~70 users)
Clients, wholesalers (~16000 clients + ~8000 prospects)
The SalesForce Automation project manager should;
Takes responsibility for the definition, documentation and execution of France SFA Project actively leading all phases of the project.Ensure that all activities comply with relevant Operating model procedures, including Service Management, Project Lifecycle Methodology (PLM) and Global Control Standards.Owns overall responsibility for Project Delivery that is On-Schedule, within Budget and delivers an outcome that is outlined in the approved Scope. Effectively estimates and manages costs, timescales and resource requirements. Proactively escalates Risks & Issues to the Transformation/Program Manager and facilitates dialog that addresses complicated project level issues.Responsible to communicate project status to relevant stakeholders, steering committee, executive sponsor, and project team.Provides leadership to project teams (Infrastructure Analysts, Solution Designers, and Service Delivery etc.), ensuring that stretching business objectives are set and achieved and that people objectives are fully supported. Coaches and mentors project teams, and perform Project On-Board and side by side coaching with new contractors and employees.Ensures that projects are closed out and where appropriate, subsequently reviewed, and that lessons learned are captured and actioned. Produces appropriate documentation to support these processes.Reports and maintains key information on the current status of all projects and provides project visibility to Region/Sector business and IT management and SP&G teams in a common and consistent mannerOpen to EU Nationals - Must be French speaking - ideally Fluent French
