Next Ventures is urgently looking for a techno functional SAP CRM consultant with IS-U experience for a role based in North Belgium
Scope:
Our client in Flanders is looking to extend their current SAP ECC/ISU solution and CRM 7.0 for customer interactions and customer service solution with a B2C web portal. In this context, we are looking for an expert in CRM with prior project experience in setting up a CRM system.

EXPERT SAP CRM Service processes
The expert should combine consultancy skills with SAP CRM functional and technical knowledge to assist our customer in designing and building their web portal.
We are looking for an experienced SAP CRM consultant with proven experience in the implementation of SAP CRM service management.
Assignment details
Skills:
Experience in SAP CRM implementation projects in the following domains
o CRM service request management
o CRM Interaction Center (focus IS/U), shared service centers of ITSM
Experience in implementation of a customer engagement portal
Experience in in business analysis in complex environments
Consultancy Skills
Good business acumen, able to understand client expectations, anticipate needs and proactively propose innovative solutions in SAP
Strong analytical/conceptual way of thinking: focus on down to earth, fit for purpose solutions & able to conduct client-facing workshops and translate business requirements in solutions
SAP CRM skills
Senior/Expert knowledge of SAP CRM (configuration in transactions & UI layer)
o CRM service request management
o CRM Interaction Center (focus IS/U), shared service centers of ITSM
Senior knowledge of SAP CRM Middleware principles
Other skills
On top of the SAP CRM skills the following knowledge is an asset
Knowledge of CRM operational reporting
Knowledge ISU/SAP CS/PM
Technical knowledge of web portals (Webforms, authentication, navigation, HTML5, CSS, )
Technical knowledge (SAP CRM technical possibilities, SAP Cloud Portal, UI5/Fiori & oData)
Start date: Immediate
Languages: English ( Dutch would be a Bonus)
Location: North Belgium
Duration: 6 months Initially.
Rate: €600 per day
