Description
I am currently looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join a financial services company and be based in Gloucestershire. The right candidate will be responsible for driving the strategic capabilities of the marketing function; providing expertise and recommendations to various areas, including Partnerships, Brand and Customer Communications.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and develop partnership relationships; defining strategic activities to improve return on investment
- Identify and develop new media opportunities to key target audiences
- Develop brand awareness strategy
- Provide support and expertise across the wider marketing team
Essential skills:
- Experience of working in a fast-paced change environment
- Experience within financial services would be advantageous but not essential
- Excellent experience across a broad range of marketing disciplines
- Ability to drive strategic activity and capability
- Strong background data-led marketing activities
- Experience of media planning, evaluation and buying across a variety of channels
- Ability to provide guidance and coaching to colleagues
