Your tasks:
- Develop vendor management processes, guidelines, best practices, dos & dont's, templates, and dashboards
- Create training courses on how to manage vendors effectively
- Implement vendor risk management processes and templates
- Support innovation and continuous improvement of vendor management processes
Your qualifications
- Senior expertise in IT Sourcing or vendor management and proven experience in driving value from supplier management as a discipline
- Profound hands-on vendor management experience throughout the supplier partnership life-cycle
- Ability to establish effective collaboration model with business partners and suppliers to enable innovation and continuous improvement and with people at different organizational levels
- Experience articulating concepts, gaining buy-in and driving alignment in harmonized vendor management activities
- Outstanding communication skills
- Fluency in English
