Advantage Resourcing is recruiting for a marketing manager on behalf of a major technology client based in Reading. The client is one of the top 10 technology companies in the world. The role is initially until June 2018 with view to extend.
Responsibilities:
This role has two core elements.
The first (70% of the time) is to help drive the change to a customer and partner centric culture through communicating and evangelising content and concepts to a variety of internal audiences.
The second part of the role (30% of the time) is to maintain a healthy business operation, coordinating activities with both the UK subsidiary (UK Quarterly Business Updates, budget management and operations) and our corporate stakeholders (Customer Experience Quarterly Business Updates).
Experience and skills required:
- A passion for customers and partners and creating outstanding customer experiences
- Ability to engage with the prevailing business requirements and construct internal communication propositions to amplify these opportunities
- Experience of working with marketing agencies, developing briefs and managing the creative process
- University degree is desirable
- Project/Programme Manager experience
