Hi,

For one of our client we are looking for Senior accounting professionals with Insurance industry experience (must have).

9 months contract and may extend. Reporting, Month End, Reconciliation, Journal Entries and accounting related work.

Chartered Accountant/CPA

Degree in Accounting or Finance

4-6 years finance and accounting Operations and or industry experience

Experience supporting various activities for the monthly finance close (eg reconciliations, accruals, manual journal entries, etc.)

Has worked with one of more of the ERP solutions (Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft) and or HFM Consolidations

Functional knowledge of SAP platform would be a major plus

Understands dependencies of the close

Good written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills

Has experience preparing month end financial statements

Ability to interact seamlessly with both SI and client team members

Strong Excel skills (ability to create macros, vlookups, pivots) as needed
