Description
One of my clients based in Stockholm is currently looking for a GDPR Project Coordinator to join them ASAP for an initial contract until end of June 2018 with high chance to extend.
Tasks:
Work as the right hand of the sub-project manager for SA&Ops in the following areas:
o Participating and administrating all project-related meetings with unit coordinators, system owners and other stakeholders as requested;
o After training, to conduct data mapping without supervision based on our methodology;
o Document questions from stakeholders, submit them to the right forum or channel as requested;
o Ensure that the timelines are kept by stakeholders by keeping the schedule document up to date and doing continuous, effective follow-up;
o Act as a deputy of the sub-project manager as required in case of absence;
Requirements:Required skills and experience:
- Excellent people & communication skills;
- Experience in project coordination, preferably in IT-heavy projects;
- An understanding of Matrix organizations;
- Demonstrated outstanding analytical skills;
- Any experience in information security or IT operations or GDPR is a strong advantage
Location: Stockholm
5 days per week on site
Duration: 5 months+
