Your tasks:
- Lead the implementation of the company´s construction safety strategy into the projects, in particular the Behaviour Bases Safety programs
- Review of the construction and Commissioning & Qualification HSE-plans
- Review of the work permits and JSAs and risk assessment
- Coach/support the EPCM safety professional in the company´s practices and procedures
- Coach/support the contractors in the company´s practices and procedures
- Implement the safety incentive plan
- Participate in the EHSE checklist review
- Track safety statistics and start up improvement plan if needed
Your qualifications
- Very experienced Safety engineer (degree in environmental or safety related technical discipline)
- Knowledge in pharmaceutical product development/manufacturing facilities/plant operations highly desirable
- Relevant professional certificates of advantage
- Robust skills in interpreting and applying regulatory frameworks (EU OSHA, OHSAS 18000, EPA, ISO, NFPA, GMP etc.)
- German and English mandatory
