Description
The Role:
- Working for a specialist lender to real estate developers and alternative asset investors (providing funding for commercial and residential property developers).
- Assisting with the investment appraisals of all new contracts that the company are engaged in.
- Management of the investment analysis team.
- Ascertaining appropriate research strategies.
- Collation of data in relation to industry sectors and organisations.
- Preparation of financial models.
- Proofreading client financial reports.
Requirements:
- 2:1 undergraduate degree (Management/Finance/Analytical degree)
- 5+ years experience in a similar role.
- YOU must have experience working within commercial property and/or development finance.
- Knowledge of bridging loads and mezzanine finance is essential.
- Strong financial modelling skills.
- Attention to detail and levels of initiative, drive and resilience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Project Management experience.
- MBA/MSc/CFA would be advantageous.
