Title: Enterprise Business Process Architect

Location: Hoboken, NJ

Duration: 6months +

Responsibilities:

Helps develop technology strategy
Translates technology strategy into actionable technology projects and programs
Leads technology process improvement initiatives in support of the technology strategy
Creates and updates roadmaps across all core technology capabilities
Prepares business cases for technology investments
Develops and monitors improvements via business relevant KPIs/metrics
Ensures lessons learned via project retrospectives
Assists technology managers with the adoption of new processes and methodologies
Develops, writes and communicates requirements to IT suppliers
Assist in the development and review of quarterly and annual IT budgets
The role will need to partner with Technology Leadership, Architects at the Enterprise, Portfolio and Solution levels, Vendor Management, Sourcing and Procurement, Technology Finance, Program and Portfolio Management Office, Software Quality Assurance Test Teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelors level degree in Computer Science or Engineering disciplines; Masters level degree preferred
  • Certification in a mainstream agile delivery methodology such as Scrum, Scaled Agile, XP, DSDM
  • 3+ years experience in process optimization disciplines such as Lean, Kaizen or Six Sigma
  • Certified in one of several process optimization disciplines such as Lean, Kaizen or Six Sigma
  • 3+ years experience driving organizational and process changes
  • Practical experience in program and project management of mid-size projects
  • Practical experience in a mainstream agile delivery methodology such as Scrum, Scaled Agile, XP, DSDM
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
  • Working experience in media and publishing industry
  • Technology process optimization experience
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills
  • Strong prioritization, planning and execution skills
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
