GDPR Project Coordinator (Security; IT Operations/GDPR; project coordination; IT-heavy projects)
Job description:
Work as the right hand of the sub-project manager for SA&Ops in the following areas:
o Participating and administrating all project-related meetings with unit coordinators, system owners and other stakeholders as requested;
o After training, to conduct data mapping without supervision based on our methodology;
o Document questions from stakeholders, submit them to the right forum or channel as requested;
o Ensure that the timelines are kept by stakeholders by keeping the schedule document up to date and doing continuous, effective follow-up;
o Act as a deputy of the sub-project manager as required in case of absence;
Requirements:
Required skills and experience:
Excellent people & communication skills;
Experience in project coordination, preferably in IT-heavy projects;
An understanding of Matrix organizations;
Demonstrated outstanding analytical skills;
Any experience in information security or IT operations or GDPR is a strong advantage;
Swedish speaking highly preferred but not mandatory.
