Identity Access Management Process Analyst (IAM Process Analyst)

  • Client is looking for 1 IAM Process Analyst and 1 IAM Onboarding Analyst.
  • Overall experience can be 8-10 Yrs but candidate should have at least 4 years experience as IAM process analysts.
  • Preferable locations as Basel and Prague. May consider profiles of extremely good candidates who are open to travel (at no additional cost to Novartis) on need basis and work in normal business CET hours.
  • He wants the Analysts to start working immediately as his project is already delayed.
  • The role of these analysts is to speak with Novartis Business IT teams and Business Information Security Managers, provide them directions on how & why they should leverage IAM Services. Analysts should be able to understand the Business needs as well.
  • Analysts should bring in strong Compliance and Regulatory perspective as well as IAM domain experience.
  • Analysts are not required to be technical or have expertise in any particular IAM product, however expectation is that they understand the IAM domain and bring in best practices & perspective from their past experience in IAM Services.
  • Analysts will be required to review existing documentation, templates and questionnaire and re-define them from process perspective.
  • For Ex: Challenge on why some information is being asked from the Application owners and can it be prefilled by the IAM Application Onboarding team.
  • Analysts should be able to create Workflow diagrams for the process so clients of IAM services can easily adopt the IAM services. They should have experience on using tools like Nimbus .
  • IAM Onboarding Analyst - Should be someone who has defined processes for mass application onboarding.
  • Analysts should be able to create maps b/w IAM controls and business requirements.
  • Analysts should have a compliance mindset - They need not have expertise in particular compliance or regulation but should be able to direct business stakeholders on how & why compliance is important and how IAM helps in achieving controls.
  • Analysts should recommend changes and tell how things should be implemented rather than following technical team and documenting what technical teams are currently doing.
  • Analysts should have service onboarding in mind: For example they interact with SOC, Firewall Owners, Application Owners, etc
  • Analysts should be able to define Service Agreement between application owners and IAM onboarding team as per controls which need to be implemented.
