Job Summary:
This position is responsible for managing and driving multiple strategic projects to support Security, infrastructure and software development projects to drive operational excellence and growth. This involves ensuring delivery aligned with desired objectives and managing all impediments and risks to ensure successful delivery. This position requires someone who has excellent communication skills, collaborate skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, is able to improve quality by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Job Requirements
PMP required
CSM, SAFe 4 preferred
5+ years' experience in managing infrastructure, Security and SDLC projects
5+ years' experience in working on projects relating to Security, Network, Data Center, Storage, Configuration Management, Release Management and Change Management
5+ years' experience in working with different functional teams: Sales, Professional Services Team, Dev. QA, and Operation Support Team.
Solid understanding of waterfall, agile, scrum and SAFe project management processes, ability to identify risks, issues and constraints
Effective communication skills, organize project meetings, report and document project status, identify issues/risks, close out projects with retrospectives, lesson-learned and documentations
Knowledge and understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships and interact effectively with key stakeholders and people at all levels of organization
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy, timeliness and quality
Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills
Self-motivated, result-driven and goal oriented
Ability to work independently and efficiently as well as in and amongst teams
Excellent organizational skills
Highly creative - ability to think out of the box and to brainstorm new approaches
High proficiency in Excel, Jira and Confluence
