Your tasks:
- Reporting to Identity Management for SAP Project manager and partner with various stakeholder groups
- Ensure OCM activities are aligned with the project timeline and key milestones as well as integrated with other work streams as required
- Lead and oversee all aspects of change-, communications-, and training management activities
- Identify additional OCM activities that will ensure success of the projects, e.g. anticipate, plan and manage resistance points and risks
- Prepare and facilitate OCM workshops with stakeholders from varying levels
- Develop and manage online and social media channels, including content creation and coordinate with owners of global channels
- Plan and actively participate in communication and training material creation
Your qualifications
- University degree in Change Management, Communication Management or related area
- Profound relevant experience in multinational companies as OCM Manager and Communications Lead
- Very good knowledge leading and mentoring project teams on relevant engagements
- Strong track record of leading complex OCM projects
- Good problem solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgement
- Ability to interact across multiple levels, diverse cultures and international time zones
- Demonstrated capabilities in teamwork and leadership on large global change efforts
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of project lifecycle
- Structured approach, problem-solver, flexible and self-directed with analytical skills
- Fluency in English
