Resourcing Lead - Banking - 6 months - London - £211/day

A top retail bank based in London is currently seeking a Resourcing Lead to join a On-boarding & Lending Transformation programme for an initial 6 month period.

Overview of the Programme/Project

The bank is the largest retail bank in Europe. As part of the Group's ongoing commitment to being the Best Bank for Customers, we are transforming customer journeys across the Bank. The Commercial Onboarding, Lending and Servicing programmes are key elements to this aim within the Commercial Banking division, creating a tailored, streamlined and transparent customer experience. Colleagues will also benefit seeing greatly reduced handoffs between teams - allowing them to focus more on client needs as well as enjoy an improved working experience - one team with common goals. This is being developed in an Agile lab environment.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities

The successful candidate will be assisting the resource lead over two labs in multiple locations.

Responsibilities will include:
? Resource tracking including maintenance for all new joiners, movers and leavers in both labs
? Gathering information on extensions, pay increase and new vacancy requests for weekly approvals meetings
? New joiners logistics
? Process CMU (cost board) approvals for extensions, new roles and rate increases
? Permanent recruitment following HR procedures and guidelines
? Dealing with adoc queries across the labs
? Structure chart maintenance
? On/off boarding

Essential Skills and Experience

Experience in assisting an end to end resourcing function
Understanding of permanent, contractor, partner and consultant recruitment
On-boarding and induction
Can work well under pressure
Proficient in excel
Strong communication skills
High level of attention to detail

Desirable Skills and Experience

Experience of working in an agile environment would be beneficial
