Proteus Europe is searching for a Progress OpenEdge Developer for a 6 Month+ contract role based in Luxembourg.Our Client :-

Your New role :-
The Enhancements projects are in execution phase. We need this resource to help speed up the development life cycle of the Module to meet the 2018 deadlines for implementing enhancements for performance and new business requirements to meet the hard Business deadlines set by client onboarding.
Responsible for delivering high-quality systems solutions to the SARA Platform for Business Partner Module.
Key Accountabilities:
- Confirms that the designs to be coded are clear and deliverable
- Defines tests to prove that the code delivered meets the design requirements
- Constructs and delivers tested code meeting the design requirements
- Meets coding standards for the team
- Aids the Business and Technical Analysts in finding the right solution for the functional requirements presented.
Your Skills and Qualifications :-
Knowledge and Experience:
- University degree (or equivalent) preferred
- 3-6 years of proven experience in Transfer Agent, Banking front office or financial development environments required preferred
Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to code for a single platform
- Ability to perform tests and codes according to guidelines
- Advanced knowledge of applicable software
Attributes:
- Advanced problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work well as an individual as well as a team
- Experience and willingness to work in an Agile environment (Kanban and Scrum)
