Freelance Contracts & Outsourcing Manager / Vienna / 4-5 MonthsGlobal Pharmaceutical company require a Freelance Senior Contracts & Outsourcing Consultant to help create and implement global processes for vendor payment management for an initial 4-5 months based in Vienna or Frankfurt.
The Challenge
- Devise and implement global processes for custom payment management of global vendors in the area of clinical operations
- Introducing "Best Practice Principles" to ensure invoices are handled from receipt to payment including checking of milestones with regards to vendor payments
- Writing SOPs for these processes
- Implement new processes regionally and then globally
Experience
- At least 5 years experience in either Contracts & Outsourcing or Procurement / Category Management for Clinical Operations in the pharmaceutical industry experience
- Strong understanding of "Best Practice" for Custom Payment Management
- Capable of defining processes and writing SOPs
- Excellent English written and oral communication skills / German would be advantageousThis is a Contract position for an initial 4-5 months based ideally in Vienna or Frankfurt may be possible with visits to Vienna required.
