bluewaveSELECT are working with a global pharmaceutical company based in Singapore who are looking to bring on board an experienced SAP Change Manager (OCM - Organisational Change Manager) with experience of previous business change projects within the pharmaceutical sector.
This is an opportunity to join a global SAP template rollout project near the beginning of their 5 year transformation programme and y ou will get to use your extensive project management skills to help put in place positive changes for SAP throughout the organisation.
You will be responsible for shaping and delivering major SAP projects to address organisational challenges and opportunities - all aligned with the overall vision. As part of a team of experienced project managers, you will be one of the leaders on how to approach change.
