Communications Manager - LM TOM

London

About Us

In 2014, a report commissioned by the London Market Group (LMG) set out the challenges to the future success of the London Insurance Market over the next decade.

From this report four interdependent work streams were established to make this market more attractive, responsive and competitive to clients:

  • Modernisation: making London an easier place to do business
  • Talent: building a diverse, dynamic workforce
  • Why London?: telling the London market story
  • Business environment: creating an environment for innovation
  • The London Market Target Operating Model (LM TOM) programme was established to address the first priority - Modernisation.

The core objectives of the LM TOM are:

    • One touch data capture: brokers and carriers will enter data only once - reducing the risk of error and costly re-work caused by entering data multiple times in multiple formats
