Description
ServiceNow BA wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.Your experience/skills:
- University degree with 3+ years' working experience as a business analyst in Service Management implementation and transformation programs and other tool sets, such as BMC Remedy or HP SM
- Background in at least one Major ServiceNow Process delivery area
- Qualification in ITIL along with working business knowledge of consulting services, including collaboration with offshore development teams
- Proficiency of ServiceNow module delivery, limitations and good practice design for solutions of enterprise scale
- Sense to understand cases from both the customer viewpoint and within the business
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
Your tasks:
- Supervising delivery for milestone targets according to the project plan
- Taking ownership and responsibility for specification and design activities as well as coordinating simulation, testing, training and enhancement
- Providing supervision with offshore test teams including review of Test Scenarios, Test Script documentation and supporting Test Manager during UAT
- Ensuring clusters processes are aligned, uniform and integrated
- Documenting the status of deliverables and progress with plan for ITSM and wider Programme Governance model
- Directly manage and take responsibility for Process Experts within the assigned cluster and provide knowledge, guidance and consultancy
- Managing proactively application specific enhancements and defects and highlighting any risks and issues observed
