Description
Cyberteam are currently recruiting for a Scrum Master for a contract position based in Northampton. It is a 6 month engagement with the outlook to extend.
Requirement:
- The Scrum Master would be very much working with the Agile Coach.
- Experience of coaching teams in Agile practice adoption and adaption. The client is looking to use scrum as its approach to delivering business value.
- Experience of building backlogs with the business. The SM will need to help guide the business and the development team on building a backlog that will start to deliver value quickly.
- Experience of working with inexperienced product owners and coaching and supporting them.
- This needs a hands scrum master profile, the SM will need to coach on the job.
The ideal candidate should have at least one of the following certifications:
- CSM (Certified Scrum Master)
- CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner)
- CSP (Certified Scrum Professional)
