Description

Supply Chain Coordinator wanted for our Fribourg based client in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your experience/skills:
  • Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent, preferably Bachelor in business administration with further education in Supply Chain or Business Engineering
  • 5 years of professionalism in export customer service, order processing, trading operations in addition to experience in international customer service and export operations handling.
  • Thorough understanding of APL information systems and the corresponding partners in the flows
  • Familiarity with outlook, word, excel as well as extensive experience in order processing in an ERP system (SAP, AS400, Oracle)
  • Confidence in Stakeholder Management
  • Languages: fluent English and German both written and spoken


Your tasks:
  • Serving as primary support for the other CSRs and handling special cases, tasks, issues and questions in relation with the daily order processing business
  • Participating in department projects, mainly system and process related for the Global Supply Chain
  • Arbitrating between the various IT organizations and user groups like Global Supply Chain, Finance and Customer Service, Plants and Affiliates
  • Partaking in system or process related projects assigned by the Group Leader or Management
  • Preparing and issuing Offers and Quotations for assigned countries as well as acting as contact point for customers, plants, suppliers, banks, area managers and forwarders
