Description
As Scrum Master, you will be responsible for the delivery of a variety of exciting and extremely technical projects. Organising Scrum events and stand ups. Sharing your knowledge with the wider teams, coaching and developing. As the company continues their Digital Evolution you will play an important part in guiding and facilitating the changes into a more Agile way of working.
Required:
- Experience with or exposure to agile development practices such as BDD, TDD, CI, Agile test frameworks automated builds, code quality metrics
- Proven technical leadership
- Excellent communication and a collaborative team member
- Focused on delivery outcomes
Desirable:
- Certified Scrum Master status, especially if it is Certified Scrum Master Professional/Professional Scrum Master Level II, or Certified Scrum Master Coach
- 2+ years experience as a Scrum Master in a software development team
- Awareness of Sprint planning tools such as Jira
- Come from a Software Engineering background
