German Online Care Program Manager
Based in the heart of Dublin's Silicon Docks (Dublin 2), our client has been at the forefront in changing the Internet and online technologies as we know it.
They require a fluent German Online Care Program Manager with 3-4 years plus experience in online user-to-user support, community management, social media, or marketing communications to join them.
Initially on an 11-month contract, this is a great opportunity to play a key part in developing an online community and online social strategy and manage new innovations in online care programs.

A General Day:
- Oversee new innovations in online care programs, such as, process improvements, best practice sharing and measuring, insights, alerts, machine learning etc.
- Develop and manage a strategy for improving scaled support, working closely with cross functional stakeholders.
- Report on community success, examining quantitative and qualitative feedback, understanding needs.
- Liaise with cross functional stakeholders.
- Educate users and with social media, events and communication processes.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Fluent English and German
- At least 3-4 years plus experience in online user-to-user support, community management, social media, or marketing communications.
- Familiar developing an online community or social strategy.
- Advanced leadership skills, capable of managing multiple projects.
- Knowledge of translating complex technical ideas into simple content for users.
