Description
One of the leading technology clients is currently seeking for a French speaking Service Request Manager to work on a long term assignment.
As an Service Request Manager, you will be required to be experienced within the following:
- Has knowledge on ITIL concepts/ITIL Foundation Certification
- Fluent English and French language knowledge
- Advanced French language knowledge
- At least intermediate English knowledge
- Working knowledge/experience in supporting operations and interacting with customer/user/vendors
- Should have the knowledge of Multi-vendor environment - should be min 4-5 years experienced in the given area
- Good monitoring, communication, coordination, analytical, documentation skills
- Experience in using MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), ITSM tool (Service Now), SharePoint
