Your tasks:
- Project Manager for implementation of sales steering team
- Order lifecycle and sales process set-up
- Define and implement KPI pyramid (sales plan into revenues)
- Implement, manage and continuously improve a closed loop cycle that provides steer and clear actions from performance dialogues
- Prioritise sales activities
- Ensures alignment and coordination of all sales activities by appropriate use of IT workflow support and CRM (sales force)
- Support business in maintaining focus on sales activities
- Ensure corrective action is taken in case of deviations from plan (e.i. root cause analyses)
- Define short-, mid- and long term sales targets
- Keep a close exchange with operational departments to push steering
Your qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or Business Administration (track record in technology or engineering related sales activities / B2B sales activities)
- Profound Sales / Sales Steering experience
- Strong customer and service-orientated mindset
- Excellent leadership skills
- Profound understanding of complex technical, financial and contractual relations of the business
- Conceptual and analytical skills
- Strategic planning skills
- Fluency in English
- German and other languages as plus
