A Leading Financial Services Company are recruiting for a Talented Marketing Manager to join their CRM project on contracting basis. The initiative was introduced by the project team to engage with customers for consent to GDPR. This is part of a 5 year plan, approaching year two and need an individual to come in and make an instant impact..
The Marketing Manager will need the following experience:
- Needs to be able to understand how communications are delivered to customers but also understand data strategy.
- Understanding of customer needs and customer 1st strategy.
- Needs to be comfortable planning and thinking.
- Social digital marketing is an advantage.
- Data segmentation knowledge - insights into how to target customers and how to use data.
- Budget management skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Campaign management experience.
- Really good stakeholder management skills and ability to articulate the vision and strategy of the programme.
