Role
We have a contract opportunity available for a Senior Defect Coordinator/Manager for a project in Helsingborg, Sweden .
The role involves to work as coordinator - coordinate and drive defects in organisation's IT systems to solution with the help of experienced resolver teams.
Responsibilities:
- Work with tracking the defects, running triage meetings, consolidating status to stakeholders
- Work with the resolver team to ensure closing of the defects
- Work proactively by providing RCAs (Root Cause Analysis).
Required skills/experience:
- Strong experience in Defect management or similar coordination role
- Defect flow and defect management tool(s)
- Enterprise integration/API application development - Senior skills
- Agile methodologies - Senior skills
- Quality assurance - Senior skills
- Able to setup triage calls when needed for defects when necessary and escalate in the right time
- Status reporting and dashboard setup
- Dev and Test life cycles - SDLC
- Experience in any co-ordination area, defect management is most preferable
- Good communication skills, flexibility and ability to interact with multiple teams and vendors
- Interfacing skills as the job involves co-ordination and liaising with multiple teams and in an onshore-offshore model
- Ability to prepare report and communicate to all stakeholders consistently and on time
- Able to construct high quality low-level code artefacts and at the same time be able to understand how these artefacts makes sense in broader architectural perspective
- Comfortable operating in an dynamic/agile environment where change is one of the constants
- Be both be a team player as well as a strongly self-motivated individual
