Edinburgh: Lead Senior Business Architect - up to 555 per day.
EA Change Groups' Edinburgh based Life, Pensions and Insurance client urgently requires a motivated and experienced Lead Senior Business Architect to join them on an initial 6 month contract.
The successful candidate would be working on a large complex business change programme
Responsibilities
You will use the insights you gain to shape and align change programmes, govern business design activities, and develop and maintain operating models across the organisation, thus ensuring that the client's strategy is delivered cohesively, efficiently and effectively through its business change initiatives, and ultimately improving the way we do business.
Skills required for the successful candidate
- To succeed you'll need previous experience in a Business Architecture role, covering a scale of change of at least £25m.
- Experience in Life, Pensions and Investments and shaping customer proposition.
- Strong interpersonal skills will be essential.
