Rollout of the new CRM system for Wealth Management area on the basis of Salesforce.
The tool has been customized and initially rolled out in 2017. In 2018, further development, new functions and decommissioning of the legacy CRM system will happen.
The global project has sub-projects in the various countries with different set-up''s.
Aufgabenbeschreibung:
- All activities within the defined test Management cycle
- Set-up respectively improve the current test set-up on the basis of HP-ALM, Enterprise Jira
- Define a Global Test-concept and approach
- Manage the individual local release in terms of test-process
- Manage the test-team and allocate resources
- Communicate the status, create necessary Test-Reports, Statistics, etc.
Anforderungen: - Understand Project content
- Ideally having Bank background
- Language: English and ideally German
- HP ALM
- JIRA
