Your tasks:
- Organization of international and national congresses and events
- Planning and controlling of congress budgets
- Proactive planning of congress activities together with business units
- Proactive communication and information regarding congress activities and events
- Collaboration and management of suppliers (travel agencies, congress companies, event agencies)
- Collaboration with procurement
- Responsibility of ensuring compliance conformity (legal compliance, procurement regulations and documenting compliance)
- Supporting and implementing process optimization
- Analyzing satisfaction of business units with feedback surveys
Your qualifications
- Business related degree or equivalent education
- Relevant experience (congress management, event management, travel organization etc.)
- Knowledge about compliance processes in a health care organization
- Customer related experience
- Fluency in the German, English and French language
- Customer and service orientation
