Your tasks:
- Leading the implementation of the new procurement tool within the company
- Setting up the project plan (scope, time plan, budget) for the implementation within Austria
- Definition of work packages, roles and responsibilities within the project
- Coordination of the project implementation within foreign subsidiaries (EU & Non-EU)
- Coordination with responsible program managers in foreign subsidiaries (EU & Non-EU)
- Stakeholder Management (business owners, program managers, external solution provider)
- Coordination & management of related IT sub projects
Your qualifications
- Extensive project management experience
- Very good experience with system integration projects (projects volume: MD / 3-5m€)
- Experience with implementation of cloud-based solutions (ideally: Oracle EBS)
- Team-leading experience of 7-15 people
- Fluent English- and German skills (Eastern European languages skills are an advantage)
- Banking and GDPR know-how are an advantage
