Whitehall Resources are currently looking for an SAP BI/FICO Process Owner With French Or Dutch
Start date: ASAP
Location: 6 months, possible extensions up to 18 months
Languages: English AND French/Dutch
Key skills
* Thorough knowledge of the SAP BI solutions (SAP BW, IP, BO - Analysis for office, etc)
* Knowledge of financial processes and reporting.
* Knowledge of other reporting tools is a plus
* Languages: English AND French/Dutch
Responsibilities
Application owner accountable for the management of a portfolio of applications of the Company in terms of performance, stability, coherence, life cycle and usability
Subject matter expert of the assigned application portfolio (applications developed in-house, software packages, IT services, reports, SAP modules, etc.)
1. Financial:
Budget & Actuals Capacity filling
2. Partnering:
Relationship with stakeholders Satisfaction survey among main users and business process owners
3. Application Portfolio Management: End-to-End responsibility
* Performance and availability of the application (s)
* Delivered Service in relation to SLA targets.
4. (Business/Functional) Needs Identifying, Collecting, Analyzing and Validating
5. (Business/Functional) Translating needs into Specifications and Solutions, including but not limited to: * Legislation
* Guidelines, procedures, customer SLAs and own organization
* Integrity of proposed solution with respect to existing applications, processes, strategy
6. Solution Configuration
7. Knowledge management
* Needs of the client and the own organization, own team
* quality of the proposed solution and procedures
* quality of the proposed documentation
