To whom it may concern,for our Client we are looking for a Project Manager (Junior) (f/m).
Task:
- Harmonization project for digital platforms like DAM, PIM, CMS, Social Media Listening/Marketing, eCRM, Reporting, DSP, IAM,...
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to design, develop and implement int. digital projects
- Liaising and updating stakeholders on the status of projects
- Schedule & lead project meetings
- Draft meeting agendas & meeting notes
- Assign & schedule project tasks
- Lead & direct project team members
- Prepare & monitor project schedules & budgets
- Manage project scope
- QA all project deliverables
- Contribute to client proposals & quotes
- Build project reports
- Assess and evaluate project success
- Communicate with the team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of Content Management systems like Adobe AEM and HTML/CSS is an advantage
- Basic understanding of SEO and Google Analytics is an advantage
- Basic understanding of digital vocabulary like: PIM, DAM, CMS, eCRM is an advantage We need junior project support for our top priority digital projects. Working in an international environment with many different projects (~8) to handle at the same time and under high pressure. Willingness to learn + flexibility is a must. We expect a preparation on the job on topics like Adobe AEM, Analytics and GDPR before starting. On-Site, 12 months, 40 hours/week
