Responsibilities:
- Designing and managing day-to-day activities or operations in order to maximize the Service Center’s productivity, customer satisfaction and utilization of internal resources and tools;
- Managing the operational processes for all customer operations elements across the Service Center;
- Enhancing the Customer Experience by improving the delivery services’ quality;
- Managing the Service Center’s evolution of Customer Operations according to business priorities;
- Providing business operations analysis and suggesting changes in accordance to internal strategies;
- In charge of monitoring and managing internal processes and capabilities related to Customer Operations services;
- In charge of redesigning processes identified as underperforming in terms of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in the Telecommunications field;
- More than 5 years of experience and knowledge on Service Delivery Management, Customer Operations Management or other similar roles
- Experience with Cisco/HP tools;
- Experience in multinational Enterprise Businesses or Global Service Centers;
- Strong business experience in Operational Processes areas with excellent project management and process development skills;
